There are a few small drawbacks with the 400D vs newer models we stock, however with a bit of practice you can still achieve fantastic results. The key differences vs newer models are the sensor, which is a bit lower resolution and not as good in low light. This can be countered with a good flash unit and correct camera set up, and it is a little slower in response than newer models, which can impact shots of fast moving subjects such as vehicles. It also does not have newer features such as Wifi, Blutooth or Video. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"1280\" data-end=\"1661\"\u003eI have used various canon models over the years, which is in part how we started out with MaD Cameras, and the 400D is a great starting point in my opinion for any new photographer.
