Unfortunatly as we are a small independant business, unless the fault is with ourselves, all return postage costs are to be covered by the buyer. 

We will endevour to ship your item as soon as possible after you place your order. Usually this will be the following working day using Royal Mail.  1st and 2nd class options available.
